High and private flying African Men of God

There has been a rise in the number of men of God with private jets. This is starting to look like a measure of success among the group.

The latest controversy surrounding the leader of the Christian group in one of Africa's large nations whose private jet was held in another African country when it had been found to have a large amount of cash is still making waves. A respectable man of God defended his ownership of a private jet in an interview with CNN's Christiana Amanpour saying it was necessary as in most occasions, he had to be at different locations and countries within a short space of time and the availability of this means of transport was his only meaning of achieving same.

The question is - does this show off affluence erase the modesty that should be exhibited by these men of God.
